You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PolicySnap and Tantalum Growth LLC from any claims, losses, or legal expenses arising from your submission of inaccurate or fraudulent contact information (such as entering someone else's phone number without permission).

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
